Rice Krispies YoYo to Vintage Safety Razors

Good day all, got sorta tied up last week with a bunch of things I had to get done and also get an auction together so didn't get to post to the blog. Sometimes days are to short.
Got it all done and Saturday we had our last auction for the year. One of those super long days, left the house about 6am and got back a little after midnight. Other than about an hours traveling time it was steady on my feet which were not real happy. Consignments came in from 7am to about 3pm. seemed like there was a zillion lots of stuff. Over 28 - 8 foot tables of stuff plus 50 - 60 boxes on the floor. The auction itself went from 4pm until about 11pm non-stop. Not a lot of quality but sure had quantity.

Don't ask what's selling because I don't really have the slightest idea. But costume jewelry, postcards and vintage paper seemed to be strong. Coins were pretty hot also. Glass and china is a hard sell lately, didn't have much furniture but last month it was pretty soft. Now I get a break until our New Years Day auction.

Anyway have been still adding goodies to the shop and the best part is the buyers are buying. But then again I guess that's the point of this all.

A nice Wahl Eversharp gold filled ladies pendant mechanical pencil, has ring at top for chain. Has a blank space for a monogram. About 3-1/4 inches long. Marked Wahl Eversharp, Gold Filled, Made in USA. Nice average working condition.


Raz-085 Kriss Kross Safety Razor, Rhodes
Vintage Kriss Kross safety razor, made by Rhodes Mfg. St Louis, Mo. Head tilts from side to side. Pat. July 13, 1926. Uses a thin single edge blade about 7/16 x 1-1/2 inches. If anybody knows a source for these blades please let me know. Nice average condition.
