Hey we got a market day in on Sunday, wasn't many dealers there early, but about three quarters full later on. Wandered around for about an hour, buying a little here and there. Managed to spend about $50 on assorted goodies.
Then decided it was time to go to work, filled up three tables and sorted stuff for my upcoming auction. Made tray lots and a few box lots of assorted stuff. Business was steady, no big spenders but it added up at the end of the day. At least now I'm partially ready for the auction. Still gotta attack the storage unit. Went up to the unit today repacked and condensed more auction boxes, gotta pack tight to fit it all in the van.
Upcoming weekend looks good for the market, maybe I can make this pile of stuff smaller. And I don't know why I didn't update the blog until today, wrote in up two days ago and never uploaded it. Could be that I'm losing it? Nah, not me.
A few recent additions to the shop. 
Opal Pure Bristle 12 shaving lather brush with black handle. Nice condition. 
A long bristle brush with a wooden handle, Believe it's a barbers brush, has writing on end of handle but can't read it. Nice condition.

Raz-144 Gillette Trac II or Merkur Handle / Wooden Box
Silver or nickel plated brass hefty handle for Gillette Trac II or Merkur blade cartridges in a neat wooden box. The hinged box is 2-3/8 x 6-1/8 x 1-1/4". 
Odd looking handle for Gillette Trac II or Merkur blade cartridges, nickel plated (I think), end cap screws off, I know not why. 
Vintage Gillette Super Speed safety razor, TTO with Y-3 date code, 1953. Nice used condition. Uses regular double edge blades. 
Vintage Gillette Super Speed safety razor, no date code but is notched for blade dispenser, 1948 - 1950 era. TTO, uses regular double edge blades. Average used condition. 
Vintage Gem safety razor with crosshatched handle. uses regular single edge blades. Marked Gem, Brooklyn New York, Made in USA inside and Gem on back of head. Pat'd. 1912. Average used condition.

Hey finished going through and sorting that pile of vintage salt and pepper shakers, about 140 sets added to the shop. Have about 25 or so sets here to write up, photograph and put on the shop.
