To you kitchenware collectors did you know that a "biggin" is a drip pot with five parts: lower container, filter basket made up of the well where you place the grinds, a perforated plate that rests on top of the grinds and a water disperser plate resting approximately 2 inches above the grinds, and finally the lid.
