Went to the market on Sunday, a bit light on dealers set up but I heard conflicting weather reports from people about early, midday and late rain showers etc. Buyers were a little soft also but as usual it only takes a few good ones to make the day. Had a couple of dealers who came from Austrailia that picked out a few of the nicer pieces I bought with me. Nice vintage oil lamp, antique scale, copper teapot, 1950's TV lamp etc. Glad they have to ship them back home and not me. Bought a few items nothing special though.

Spent most of yesterday getting rid of some adware / spyware on my computer not sure where it came from but it's the same as the one that hit Sony Playstations site recently. A very stubborn one, made all my c-drive and all my folders on there disappear, they were still on the computer but you couldn't get to them, disabled Internet Explorer, the registy editor, task manager and anything that you could use to disable it. Luckily I also have Firefox and Opera so I could get out on the web for help ideas, but the adware blocked access to almost all sites that had to do with disabling adware, smart little bugger. But I could google sites and then open the cache ofd the site to read it. It also blocked most anti-adware programs that I tried to download but I managed to get one through and then restart in safe mode and work my way into getting rid of most of it, now I've been running several anti-adware programs one after the other and then back to the first and each time they are finding a little thing here and there. Slow process but there doesn't seem to be one anti-adware out there that does it all at once yet.

We've ventured out into the non-antique, collectible world and opened a few general retail type stores online. No, not leaving the world of collectibles, just trying to make a few more dollars online. The way the cost of living has been increasing every buck helps. See "A few new ventures:" links below.
