Tis spring, but sure doesn't feel like it yet.

Well I guess I'm feeling better today, went to the food store and pushed the cart instead of leaning on it. Actually I'm feeling pretty good, not ready for a marathon or anything. Shop is coming along, fixing some pictures and roaming around the net rewriting some links etc.

Sort of a mixed bag of goodies added to the shop yesterday and this morning. Still lots more to go.


Victorian Era, Syrup Pitcher
A nice Victorian era pattern / pressed glass syrup pitcher with applied handle. Most of the silverplate on the top is worn away. Approx. 5 inches in height. Great addition to your early syrup pitcher collection.


Arthur Fagan Advertising, Scissors, Elizabeth, N.J
A neat pair of scissors in holder advertising Arthur A. Fagan, 846 Elizabeth Ave., Eliazabeth, N.J. The scissors are marked Krusius, Solingen, German. The holder is 3-5/8 inches long. Great little advertising collectible.


Nubian or Blackmoor Figurines
A pair of Nubian or Blackmoor (not sure of the correct terminology) figurines that are marked Made in Japan. They are approx. 6 inches tall. Nice condition, no chips or cracks.


Santa in Sleigh with Reindeer Pin
Neat little Santa in sleigh with reindeer pin. About 2 inches long. Marked Avon.


Coppercraft Guild Mouse Pendant, Chain
Vintage Coppercraft Guild mouse pendant on copper chain. Pendant is about 2-3/8 inches long. Chain is 24 inches. Has original box with Coppercraft Guild label. Box is worn with one torn corner. Necklace is in nice condition.


Sterling Silver Brooch, Marcasite, MOP
Very nice early sterling silver brooch with marcasite and a oval mother of pearl piece in the center. Approx. 1-5/8 inches across. Marked 925 and 'S' in circle. Great condition.


Schick Korona Safety Razor, Silver Tip, Stars
A vintage Schick safety razor, has long black handle with silver TTO tip. Marked Schick / Made in USA. Tip of handle is marked Schick with 2 stars. Has numbers 1 - 1 / M - 5 on underside. I believe this is an earlier Korona, before they marked them on the doors. Nice used condition. Price includes USA shipping

1960's Gillette Adjustable Razor, Black Handle
Gillette Adjustable Razor with long black handle. 1-9 adjustment band. This one has a date code of O-2 1969. TTO type. Nice condition.


Gem Micromatic Safety Razor
Gem Micromatic safety razor, chrome. Marked Gem Micromatic inside flip open head. Uses single edge blades. Nice used condition.


Gem Flip Top Razor, Plastic Handle
Gem single edge safety razor. Gold colored push button flip open head, black plastic ribbed handle. Marked: 'Made in USA / Gem Razor' and on handle: 'GEM' (vertically). Uses regular single edge blades.

French Porcelain Jars, Cloisenne Vase other collectibles

Slowly getting ourself back together from medical stuff, awaiting results from the biopsies, Dr. appointment next Tuesday. Also catching up on missing images etc. from the shop move which wasn't actually to much fun. Old host emailed and said they were sorry that I moved the shop, yeah and where were they went I needed support for the shop?

A few items added to the shop yesterday.


French Porcelain Covered Jars
A pair of French porcelain covered jars, maybe dresser jars. They have a gold (Bird of Paradise?) decorations on front and back with applied white designs. Approx. 5-1/2 inches tall and 3-1/2 inches in width. Marked in script 'Made in France'. No chips or cracks, has some minor roughness on base but looks to be in the manufacturing. Price includes USA shipping.


Closinenne Vase, Blue, Green, Flowers
Nice vintage cloisenne vase, green and blue with flowers. Approx. 5-1/4 inches in height. Partial China mark impressed in base. Nice condition.


French Ivory Frame, Self Standing
A nice vintage self standing, decorative French ivory frame. The frame has convex glass. 4-1/2 inches wide at the base and 5 inches in height. Condition is nice, no chips or cracks.


Wooden Bottle Stopper, Kissing Couple
Mechanical wooden bottle stopper, couple kissing. Press the lever on back and they turn and kiss. Bottle stopper is about 5 inches tall, some small paint chips.

Tappan, New York, Perfume Bottle
Mechanical wooden bottle stopper, couple kissing. Press the lever on back and they turn and kiss. Bottle stopper is about 5 inches tall, some small paint chips.
Old perfume bottle with Tappan / New York embossed on indented section. Bottle is 3-1/4 inches tall. Has a few small chips on the edge of lip.
