Hey not a bad weekend so far. Friday I took a ride over to the flea market had to pick up a nice Ronson safetyrazor a dealer called me about the other night and wandered around for a short time. Was COLD at 7 am in the morning. Weatherman said it would be nicer later but I wasn't hanging out. There was about 40+ dealers set up and a bunch of other nuts wandering around. Hit one table where a dealer had a bunch of Watt pottery out (years ago it would have been gone already) but the price was reasonable so it is now mine. Don't know if it still sells, but will find out.
Came home and cleaned up a bunch of about 25 razors that I got during the week, should get them in the shop this week. Today we went out and hit an estate sale close by and got some goodies, nothing great but sellable stuff.
Okay, back to work now.

Depression Era Nut Chopper, Glass Jar
Nice depression era nut chopper with patterned glass base, metal chopper with wooden handle crank. No marking but looks like there once was a sticker. Glass jar is approx. 5 inches, total height is 7 inches. Nice condition, no chips or cracks, chopper works smoothly. Great addition to your vintage kitchenware collection. Scottie Dog Bookends, Syroco Wood, Scottie
A vintage pair of Scottie dog bookends by Syroco Wood, circa 1940's - 50's. Shows a scotty dog standing at a garden gate, gate posts have flowers and ivy, the steps look like cobblestones, and there is a tiny three leaf clover in the top of the gate. Bookends measure 5 1/2 inches tall x 5 inches wide. Very good condition, no cracks, a very tiny nick on the base of one. Great addition to your swcotty / scottie dog collection.
