Well we braved the 20* weather this morning and headed to an indoor garage sale that was close by. Not to much there but managed to spend $38.00. Hey ya gotta buy to cover the gas and cold. Then we went for breakfast and then headed to a thrift store we go to now and then, when your out you might as well look around, spent $8.00 there and later hit another thrift shop and spent I think about $12.00. Headed back home and went to work on the shop, added some more vintage road maps from the pile I got last week and a few vintage razors were added also. 
Vintage Clamp-on Ice Skates Union Hardware Co.
A pair of vintage iron clamp-on ice skates by Union Hardware Co. circa 1940’s. They are a size 11 and the width at the toe, the clamp, can be adjusted. Skate key included. Marked No. 1924 1/2, 11, Union Hardware Co., Torrington, Conn USA.
German Safety Razor in Pocket Case
Older German safety razor in travel case. Razor is the early three stud type with open comb. Handle comes apart and one piece fits inside the other. Razor marked 'Germany'. Uses regular double edge blades. Case marked 'Germany' near hinge. Nice used condition.
Schick Injector Razor Long Ivory Colored Handle
Schick Injector safety razor with long ivory colored ribbed handle, gold head. Type J1, 1958 to 1964. Eversharp Inc. Thats reflection on the head. Very nice condition. Price includes USA shipping.

Schick Injector safety razor with black handle, smooth back on handle ribbed below. Type L1 1965 to 1980. Eversharp Inc. / Warner Lambert Co. Nice condition. Nice condition. 
1969 Gillette Adjustable Razor, Black Handle
Gillette Adjustable Razor with short black handle. 1-9 adjustment band. This one has a date code of O-2 1969. TTO type. Uses regular double edge blades. 
Gillette Adjustable Safety Razor 1963
Gillette Adjustable Razor with longer handle 3-1/4 in. 1-9 adjustment band. This one has a date code of I-1 1963. Uses regular double edge blades.

Well it looks like the ice skating technologies have certainly improved over the years but how about razors? I wonder how the razors of the past compare to today. I've been looking for some good tips on shaving and the best men's razor in present day. These do look like some nice collectibles.
