Vintage Atlantic City Postcards, Vintage Gillette Safety Razors

Went to the market on Friday filled four large 4 x 8 foot tables with stuff from that load I bought during the week, mostly just general house type merch. Sold a couple of partial dish sets (didn't want to see them again, I hate dish sets). And a bunch of other stuff. Had about 5 or 6 empty boxes in the end, (good sign) repacked tighter and gained some room in the truck. Didn't get rich.

Saturday hit a bunch of yard sales and spent under $5.00 not good.

Was up and off to the Collingswood Flea Market this morn (Sun), sorta empty at 5am but by 7 it was pretty full. Oh and it was HOTTT!!!! Wandered around for about an hour didn't buy much. Did a two table easy set up cause I knew I wasn't going to want to be there real long and didn't want to pack in the heat. Sold a bunch of stuff Was out of there before noon and heading home for a bowl of ice cream. Then back to work pounding the keyboard to add mo' stuff to the shop. And write this blog.

Only about a month until my September collectibles + consignment auction. Seems like a long time since the May auction.

Added a bunch of Atlantic City postcards and vintage safety razors. Held off on salt and pepper shakers for a few days, but will be adding more tomorrow.

Gillette Super Speed Red Tip Safety Razor
Vintage Gillette super speed safety razor with red tip for aggressive beards. Has B-3 date code, 1956. Used condition, red paint on tip is worn. Cosmetic only, doesn't affect usage.

Gillette Super Speed Blue Safety Tip Razor
Vintage Gillette super speed safety razor with blue tip for mild beards. Has B-2 date code, 1956.Used condition, blue paint on tip is worn. Cosmetic only, doesn't affect usage.

Gillette Knack Safety Razor 1967
Gillette Knack safety razor M-4 date code 1967. Has some minor pitting on the doors, cosmetic only, still a nice usable double edge razor.

Vintage Gillette Adjustable Safety Razor 1964
Gillette slim adjustable safety razor with 1-9 blade angle settings. Has J-1 date code which puts it in 1964. Nice used condition, no problems.

Vintage Gillette Super Speed Safety Razor 1953
Vintage Gillette Super Speed safety razor, TTO with Y-2 date code 1953. Uses regular double edge blades. Very nice used razor, no problems.
