Clock Booklets, Salt and Peppers, Vintage Paper, Razors

Hey guess it's time to write some stuff here, haven't been here since Friday I think. Why I don't know other than I must have been busy. Plus a bit tired from the weekend.

Lets see Saturday we hit a bunch of yard sales and spent some dollars. Bought a mix of items, some old Stanley tools, a bunch of bird house, assorted flea market stuff etc. Then it was time to reload the van for the market. Weather was going to be nice they said so I overloaded the truck, figured the nice days would be ending soon here in N.J. Plus next week is my auction so won't be selling at the market. Then it will probably start getting cold and I'll consentrate of selling from the shop for the winter.

Got there early Sunday and hit a couple of nice piles of stuff, couple of 1940's dial telephones, small crock and jug, some vintage razors, early advertising stuff, few kitchen pieces, tins, and other a bunch of other neat goodies. Finally stopped buying and setup, slow selling at the begining, but things picked up and was an okay day.

Monday was time to organize some auction merchandise, make up some tray lots, box lots etc. Then was off to the post office to ship what was sold over the weekend. Then started working on the shop. Picture taking etc. This is starting to get like a job.

A neat set of handpainted salt and pepper, one has the Cape May lighthouse and the other the Barnegat Lighthouse. Approx. 4-3/4 inches tall. Nice addition to your salt and pepper or lighthouse collection.

Set of chefs salt and pepper shakers, heads are the shakers. The man does have a line on the top of his hat. Marked Alco. Approx. 4-3/4 inches tall.

A vintage Vincent Bach size 12 mouthpiece for French Horn (I've been told). Silverplated, marked Vincent Bach Corp. 12. Mouthpiece is 3-5/8" in length. Very nice condition.
