Keen Kutter, Christy, Kewtie, Gillette, Other Collectible Razors

Little cooler today high 80's - low 90's, still to hot for me. looks like this is going to be the hottest summer in this area on record so far, and we didn't get to August yet. That's not good. Air conditioner has been cranking, electric meter probably spinning.

Decided to add a bunch of odds and ends vintage razors that I had on the side. Some are unidentified but someone out there knows what they are.

A few new additions to the vintage razor department below.


German Travel Size Razor, Unidentified
Vintage safety razor unidentified (at this time) German travel size, three piece, takes standard double edge blades. Marked 'Made in Germany'. Nice used condition.


Three Piece Safety Razor
Three piece safety razor (unidentified at this time), black plastic handle and lower plate, metal uppper plate with threaded stud and two pins to hold the blade. Uses standard double edge blades. no markings. Nice used condition.


Unknown Three Piece Razor, All Metal
Vintage three piece safety razor, all metal construction. Unidentified at this time. Blade is the type you would strop to resharpen. Marked 'Pat Appd For'. Thin six sides handle. Nice used condition.


Gillette Old Type Safety Razor + Case
Vintage Gillette Old Type safety razor in case. Razor handle has splits as usual for this type razor. Case and blade box included. Case is worn. uses regular double edge blades or the old three hole type. Pat. Nov. 15 '04 on handle.


German Joreso travel Razor + Case
German Joreso double edge safety razor in metal travel case. Open comb, bottom blade holder has Joreso Germany. Case is marked Germany on back below hinge. Handle is 2-piece, case is 1-5/8 x 1-3/4 inches. Bottom case is missing some plating. Uses standard double edge blades. Nice addition to your razor collection.


Gem G-Bar Safety Razor
Vintage Gem G-Bar safety razor, all metal with 'G' in circle on handle. Uses standard single edge blades. Average used condition.


Guaranteed British Made Safety Razor
Antique three piece safety razor marked "Guaranteed British Made" underneath the razor. Usable condition, could use some polishing.


Christy Safety Razor / Boxed
Vintage Christy Safety Razor with Massage Bar in the original box. Include paperwork and box containing one blade. All in nice condition. Great addition to your vintage razor collection.


Keen Kutter Safety Razor + Case
Vintage Keen Kutter safety razor in the original case. The wood box is fabric covered but fabric is coming off. Actually with a little glue and an some patience it can be fixed up. Have to many projects at the moment.


Kewtie Ladies Razor Set in Original Box
A neat vintage Kewtie Ladies razor set in original box with razor plastic teardrop case and two blades, one in razor. Plus wrappers. The razor is 1-1/2 inches long. Plastic case is warped some and doesn't click shut. (Seems to be a normal occurrence with these cases.)
