Ok so I guess it's almost winter or at least chilly weather time here in NJ, frost on the van windows and a coat at the flea market yesterday. Soon it's time to stop the markets and push the online selling. Did 30+ years of selling all year round at the flea markets but no more. Bones and such ain't that young no mo'.

So we continue to stuff goodies into the shop.


Oil-001 Ideal Household Oil, Handy Oiler, 4 oz.
Handy Oiler Ideal Household Oil, 4 oz. size, 29¢ prepriced. R. M. Hollingshead Corp. Camden New Jersey. Mint condition, full, never used. Picked up an original carton of these last week. Box was a bit oil soaked so am selling them by the piece.


G-011 Four Individual Glass Salts
Four individual glass open salts, they have a diamond like pattern. Approx. 3/4 inch high and 1-1/2 inch in diameter.

G-012 Button & Bows Glass Toothpick Holder
Crystal Toothpick holder, made by Jeannette Glass Company, late 40's early 50's, Button & Bows pattern. About 2-1/2" tall. Nice condition, no chips or cracks.

Adv-125 BOAC Advertising Spoon
Small stainless spoon from BOAC (British Overseas Airways Corporation). The spoon is about 4-1/2 inches long. Marked BOAC, Viners of Sheffield England. BOAC was merged with British European Airways in 1974 to form British Airways. Nice condition.


MB-137 RCA Victor Television Matchcover
Vintage advertising matchcover, RCA Victor Television, Slaton Hardware, Slaton, Texas. Front striker.

Hackensack Valley Tercentenary, Bergen County, New Jersey. Wooden Nickel, September 23 to October 7, 1939. 2-1/4 x 4 inches in size.


WF-011 1939 World's Fair, King George / Queen Elizabeth
A card certifying that ............... was present upon the occasion of the visit of their Majesties King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to the New York World's Fair June Tenth, Ninteeen Hundred Thirty Nine. Has images of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth on the front.

Vintage envelope for loose tobacco, Insert Smoking Tobacco, Made by John Weisert Tobacco Co. Saint Louis, U.S.A. 3-1/4 x 5-1/2 inches. Nice tobacco collectible.


Toy-004 Rubber Band Powered Butterfly Novelty
Vintage rubber band powered butterfly, you wind the propeller, put the butterfly in the card and then put card in envelope. When card is opened the butterfly flies out. (the rubber bands are sorta old, but you can use newer ones). Mfd. by S.s. Adams Co. Asbury Park, N.J.


Tob-003 Murray's Mixture, Tobacco Tin
Small Murray's Mixture, Mellow Smoking. Belfast. Paper labeled tin, 3/4 oz. size. about 2-3/4 in. diameter, 1-1/2 inches high. Murray, Sons & Co. Ltd. Belfast. Made in Northern Ireland. Not sure of the age. Nice condition.


Raz-024 Hoffritz Moustache Razor
A nice Hoffritz moustache razor, silver colored. Made in Germany. Has a blade in it and uses blades that are available from Merkur. Great condition.

Plus other vintage safety razors. Usually when I add new razors to the shop many of them sell pretty quick, so some are gone by the time I work on the blog. If you a razor collector please visit the shop safety razor pages regularly. Purchased a bunch of razor the other day, hopefully I'll get to list them in a few days. Need to clean them up some before taking photos and listing them.
