Guess yesterdays weather was a sorta fluke, back in the forties again and a little colder week coming up. But it was nice to get out for awhile. Recieved a few more emails from auction consignors with more goodies for the auction Saturday.
Got through most of the new purchases and got them listed in the shop.


Adv-337 Falcon Fly Ribbon Advertising Box
Neat vintage advertising box for Falcon Fly Ribbon put out by The Diamond Match Company. Contains two unused ribbons in their cardboard containers. Original cost was 4 for 10¢. Great addition to your general store collection.


Adv-338 Busco Bros, Bottle / Can Opener
Vintage advertising bottle and can opener, Busco Brothers, Fuel Oil - Kerosene - Gasoline. Jamesburg, N.J. Phone JA-1-0248. Has Texaco logo and old oil truck image. Early 1960's era.


Adv-339 Old Cake of Autobrite Polish, Old Store Stock
A vintage cake of Autobrite Polish. Cleans and polishes silver and all other metals, bronze, marble, porcelain and glass. Found in the basement of an old store. Can't find any info as to it's age. Made by the Southern Reduction Co. Knoxville, Tenn. In original box. Old store stock. Nice addition to old store display.

A neat vintage Ladies blotter / trade card perfumed with Hoyt's Eau de Cologne. 3-1/4 x 6 inches in size, nice condition.


Raz-104 Schick Repeating Razor
Square gold handle with filigreed design, swivelling head on thin round neck, separate knobs on bottom to load blade and inject them in head. Open comb guard. 1933-1941 era. Great condition.

A yellow wooden handled melon baller with 2 different size scoops. Used for making melon or butter balls. Approx. 7-1/2" long. Nice vintage kitchen collectible.

A vintage one pound container of Mallinckrodt's Tartar Emetic unopened. cardboard container is about 4 inches high. Old store stock. There is a small dent in the side. Still a nice addition to your drugstore collection.


DS-038 Vintage NYQ Bismuth Subnitrate Tin
Vintage one pound tin of Bismuth Subnitrate, made by The New York Quinine & Chemical Works, Inc. The can is unopened and still sealed. Listing of other medicinal items by NYQ consist of Morphine, Codeine, Quinine, Cinchonine, Cinchonidine, Cocaine, Iodoform, Chloroform and Strychnine. The tin is 3 x 3x 5-1/4 inches in size. Old store stock. Average condition. Great addition to your drugstore collection or display.
