Went to the flea market this morning, bought some goodies, nothing special though. Then I set up and sold for a few hours but it was sorta hot in the sun. Was out of there and home by noon. Quickly counted my money which took less than 30 seconds, so figured I didn't get rich, oh well maybe next time.

Came home had a bowl of ice cream, the spice of life and worked online for a few hours, took some photos of the days purchases and will add them to the shop tomorrow. That is after we go shopping at some yard sales and the food store and by then todays loot will be diminished. So it will be back to the market on Sunday to see if I can strike it rich then.

Guess I have to start getting some goodies together for my upcomingconsignment auction on September 13th, before it zips up on me.

Six Sterling Silver Straw Spoons
Six sterling silver leaf shaped straw spoons. They are about 7-3/4 inches in length. They are marked .925 Mexico. Average condition, two have dents in the straws but doesn't affect usage.


Dell Donald Duck Rubber Figure
A neat vintage rubber Donald Duck figure about 6-1/4 inches tall. Marked Dell, Walt Disney Prod. Has a minor dings and dangs. Great addition to your Donald Duck or Disney collection.


Gillette Trac II Demonstrator Razor- Mint In Tin Can
Gillette Trac II Demonstrator Razor still in the tin can that was mailed out as a sample. This is the original Gillette Introductory Mailing of their Trac II razor which debuted in 1971. Can is unopened, condition is nice. Great addition to your vintage safety razor collection.


First Aid Lime Soda Cardboard Sign
Old cardboard advertising sign, "In real hot weather ask your doctor what real lime drink is for your stomach, drink First Aid lime, it's pure flavor". 1930’s era, , 5-1/2 x 9-1/2 inches. Corner wear etc. Would look nice framed.


Schick Injector Safety Razor, Bakelite Handle
Vintage Schick Injector safety razor, butterscotch bakelite handle. Marked Schick Injector on the spring washer. Razor does have some wear from usage.



Woven Glass Wicking for Oil Lamps
Vintage box of Woven Glass Wicking for oil lamps, made by Raybestos / Manhattan. Box says 6 Feet, 7/8 inch wide, wicking is in the box. Nice advertising box for your general store, country store display. Bottom flap is not attached but there. Box is 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 x 1-1/2 in.


Vintage Mercury Ball Point Pen
Vintage Mercury ball point pen, not sure of the exact age. Maroon body with gold colored clip and band on the cap. Cap is screw on type. Marked Mercury on the clip. Don't see any other markings. Pen doesn't write as refill is empty. Nice condition.


Vintage Mechanical Pencil, Phone Dialer
Vintage mechanical pencil with phone dialer on top, also the barrel is magnetic. Gold colored, about 5 inches long. Nice condition.
